In case you weren’t aware, holding up a copy of the U.S. Constitution in a cop’s face won’t keep you from getting arrested. A member of 2 Chainz crew learned that the hard way on Thursday, when he tried it but was still taken into custody after their 10-hour standoff with police. The guys in the crew felt the cops had no reason to search their bus, but cops say they saw and smelled weed smoke, so that was enough “probable cause.” I’m with Chainz’ crew on this one!

Here we go with the Miley talk again. She posted a photo on Instagram last night that has fans talking. She’s rocking a Michael Jordan bikini, which I can’t lie … is tough! I love it. But of course there are some that are looking “deep” into the picture. Some are saying it’s her response to the backlash she received after the VMA’s saying she’s the greatest (ummm no), some are saying she wants to be MJ and stole his signature tongue move (yea she did and possibly) or MAYBE it’s because she’s got a new song dropping with Mike Will Made It, Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa called “23” (most likely)?! (Photo) Scuba Diver Arrested For Trying To Smuggle WHAT Underwater?!?
A Canadian man was recently arrested for attempting to smuggle marijuana into the U.S. by scuba diving. U.S. Customers and Border Protection said that authorities were tipped off by a citizen who spotted the scuba diver in the water. Immediately after, cameras operated by Selfridge Air National Guard Base located 24-year-old Jesse Zunti swimming with a dry bag trailing behind him. More info after the jump.
[Updated] Yes, AGAIN: DMX Arrested In South Carolina (Video)
DMX really can’t stay out of trouble. The outspoken rapper was arrested in South Carolina last night, this time after cops found weed in his car while pulling him over for an illegal U-turn (he was not the driver.) He also out an outstanding warrant stemming from a previous driving without a license case. The entire arrest was caught on camera, and in the tape, X can be heard claiming the whole thing was a set-up and total BS. He was eventually taken to jail and is scheduled to face a judge sometime this morning. He is expected to be sentenced to 15 days behind bars, but he could be out in 10. Update Below
