Well no one came to the aid of New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith as he got punched and suffered a broken jaw at the hands of now former teammate IK Enemkpali. In a public statement the Jets said Smith got sucker punched but coach Todd Bowles also said the incident was “childish”. The account from anonymous sources seem to back that but also contend that Smith “deserved” what he got.
