Three more people have been arrested after a missing police captain’s dead body was found on the side of a road in Virginia. Halisi Uhuru, Leslie Casterlow and Anthony Stokes allegedly kidnapped and killed Waynesboro Police Captain Kevin Quick. The 45 year old veteran was reported missing by his estranged wife last week. Quick’s body was found on the side of a road in Goochland County on Thursday.
