In 1944, a teenager was sentenced to death in the South for a crime he did not commit. It sounds like the plot out of a movie, but this story is very much real life. 14 year old George Stinney was sentenced to death in South Carolina and became the youngest person in the history of the state to be put to death. 2 people were killed and at least 22 were injured last night at a house party in Houston. More than 100 people were gathered at the house in the suburb of Cypress, when shots were fired around 11 p.m. A man and woman died, one at the scene and the other at the hospital, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
