Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a brawl at a California studio last January, and despite Frank claiming he was injured, no charges were filed from his end. However, his cousin Sha’Keir Duarte claimed he was kicked and beaten by one of Breezy’s bodyguards, so he sued Chris a couple of months ago (and months after the original fight.) Chris has now filed a countersuit, saying Duarte provoked the fight, made death threats, to kill him, kicked him and punched him. He believes all Duarte is looking for is money…and I absolutely agree!
Kanye West Pleads Not Guilty In Attach Against Paparazzi
Kanye West was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft after attacking a heckling photographer at LAX back in July and stealing his camera. The photog has also sued Kanye in civil court. This morning on behalf of his lawyer Blair Berk. Yeezus entered a plea of “not guilty.” If convicted of both misdemeanors, Kanye faces a maximum of 1 year in jail, but I’m sure it won’t get anywhere near that point.

“You wanna be startin’ somethin’…” (Michael J.’ voice). XXL recently placed Black Hippy on the cover of their Oct/Nov issue with a headline, “Kendrick Lamar & Black Hippy.” Ab-Soul immediately took to twitter and announced his aggravation of the separation. Now, ScHoolboy Q and Jay Rock has a few words themselves, about the incident. “That’s so disrespectful, so disrespectful,” said Q. “We didn’t go into that shoot saying, ‘This is Kendrick with Black Hippy photo shoot for the cover.’ We went in there and said, ‘This is a Black Hippy shoot,’ so we expect a Black Hippy shoot.” Q does understand how far Kendrick has come as an individual, but Black Hippy is a group and he wants people to remember that. Ridiculous! Lil Twist STILL Can’t Have Sleep Overs At Justin Bieber’s Place, But Here’s The Update!
Justin Bieber has officially deaded his plans to create a clothing line called “Wild Kidz” — but he’s letting Twist run with the idea if he choose to take it. “Wild Kidz” was that stupid catch phrase Bieber and his friends Lil Za and Lil Twist would shout while doing dumb crap like pissing in mop buckets. Bieber’s people filed paperwork to trademark the phrase for a clothing line back in September … and it seemed like the brand was good to go. But since the two, Bieb and the Lils, have started having some problems with their relationship like JB kicking ’em out of his home … and in October, Lil Twist made a play for the brand by filing a trademark application for the name “W.I.L.D. Kidz.” Clearly, that was the start of a war … but sources tell TMZ, “Bieber is planning to wave the white flag because he’s OVER the company — and doesn’t care enough to fight Twist for the rights to the name.” So in the end, Twist gets his way, well, not completely, ’cause he’s still banned from sleepovers at Justin’s place. SMH!
Chief Keef Going Back To Jail…Again
Apparently, jail’s that ish Chief Keef DOES like, because he can’t seem to stay away from it! After being sentenced to 20 days behind bars last month for failing a drug test while on probation, he’s failed once again and has been sentenced to another 90 days. This one should at least last a little longer than last month’s bid, as he ended up only doing 10 days for good behavior. The teen rapper was clearly unfazed by the situation, as he casually posted via Tweegram, “Judge Putting me Back in jail See y’all later.” What was even more hilarious about his Tweegram of sorts was that he just typed the message in iMessage and screen shot it, and you can see all of his recently-used Emojis. They say you can tell a lot about someone just by that recently-used tab, and clearly, this guy goes through a wide range of emotions and hand gestures (likely gang signs, lol) and likes guns, weed and cars.
