Another year, another season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians on E! This family’s empire just won’t stop! (At least for now.) Before the May 1 premiere date, the network has released a trailer on what to expect for the upcoming season…and guess who’s back in front of the cameras? Not only Rob Kardashian, but Lamar Odom as well! Looks like money was talking, and both estranged members of the family are now back to get those coins. (Video) ‘Straight Outta Compton’ Cast Lightly Shades The Oscars At MTV Movie Awards
The record-breaking N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton was infamously snubbed at the Oscars this year, only being nominated for Best Screenplay – which even if hadn’t lost, would have went to their two WHITE writers. After winning the “True Story” award at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards last night, the cast took a second to throw some light shade toward the Oscars, as Eazy-E actor Jason Mitchell first thanked “The Academy,” then corrected it. Ludacris & Ciara Will Host 2016 Billboard Music Awards + Nominees Announced
Is it 2016 or 2004? We can’t be sure, but all I know is I’m currently bumping “Oh” now after seeing both of those names in the same sentence. Ludacris and Ciara have been tapped as hosts of the 2016 Billboard Awards, going down Sunday, May 22 in Las Vegas. While this is CiCi‘s first year with hosting duties, Luda is a bit of a vet with two prior years under his belt. The nominees were announced by the pair on Good Morning America this morning, with additional nominees announced live via Billboard Music Award’s Facebook and Periscope following the show. Nominees are based on album and digital songs sales, radio airplay, streaming, touring and social engagement between March 23, 2015 through March 17, 2016. Find out who’s up for an award below! Rumors swirled that Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill had broken up a couple months back, after the usually over-sharing Minaj didn’t post anything from Valentine’s Day on her social media accounts. While visiting Ellen this week in promotion of Barbershop 3, the raptress explained her stance. “We were in bed all day and then I got up and opened these three amazing gifts, and then I went back to bed,” Nicki revealed. “Then I read this story that we weren’t together on Valentine’s Day and it just made me realize that no matter how great your life is, you can’t even impress people. You just have to do you and make yourself happy and forget about trying to get everyone’s approval. It’s better just to keep those things sacred.”
‘Kocktails With Khloe’ Officially Cancelled After One Season
Less than three months since its start, FYI has shut down production of Khloe Kardashian’s talk show, Kocktails with Khloe. TMZ reports that it was a decision that came from both sides, as Khloe wanted to focus on her “other jobs” and had “no interest” in shooting another season. As for FYI’s side, execs could tell she’d “checked out” and they weren’t happy about it.
