(Photos) Big Sean Severs Ties With Adidas & Moves On To PUMA

Big Sean was down with the Adidas family since 2011, but he has since found greener pastures over at PUMA. Taking to social media yesterday, the G.O.O.D. Music rapper revealed that he’d signed with the sneaker company that is home to Rihanna, Kylie Jenner and more, writing:

“Excited to officially announce that I am now apart of the @PUMA family. I Decided that this was the best path for me creatively, and we’ve been hard at work making sure this first collection is something special. Let’s get it. #2018.”

Adam Petrick, PUMA’s Global Director for Brand Marketing, also released a statement.

NBA: Here’s How Adidas Blew Their Chance To Sign Lebron Before Nike Did

I know Adidas is feeling good lately with their highly popular NMD series, not too mention all the hype anytime a pair of Yeezy’s releases but they actually missed a chance to be on a much higher level. Prior to Lebron James rookie season, Adidas had a very good opportunity to sign Bron to their brand before Nike did but after reportedly shorting him by $30 million dollars than what was talked about, they made his decision easy to go with Nike.


NFL: League Tells Players They Will Be Fined $6,000 Anytime They Wear Yeezy Cleats But Adidas Might Pay Fines

The NFL is already cracking down on Yeezy cleats in their typical, no fun type of way. Last week both Von Miller of the Broncos and DeAndre Hopkins of the Texans, took to social media to show off their Yeezy 750 & 350 cleats respectively. As you would expect, the pics set twitter and Instagram on fire and they became as big of a story as the games themselves. Miller didn’t wind up wearing his in the actual game but Hopkins did and received a $6,000 fine for doing so. The NFL has now essentially banned the cleats, letting players know they will be fined $6,000 each time they wear them. Adidas, however has their own plan to keep players wearing them on the field, which includes covering the cost of the fines.


Kicks: Kanye West Signs A New Deal With Adidas

Kanye West is just racking up. He has just signed a new deal with Adidas that could potentially make him billions in the bank. Kanye will now be taking his band to different retail shops. Hawk shoes, apparel, and accessories will be included in the brand.
