On April 15, Royce Da 5’9″ will release his next album, Layers. Today the Detroit native liberates the project’s cover and its tracklist. Album Cover & Tracklisting: Wiz Khalifa – Khalifa
Wiz Khalifa’s new album Khalifa will drop on February 5…though it was originally set to be out today, January 22. Perhaps as a consolation, the Taylor Gang leader has made the project available for pre-order now on iTunes, and with that, the tracklist is now out. (It also came with a new song – the Travi$ Scott-assisted “Bake Sale,” which you can listen to here.) As far as features, the 13-song album includes appearances from his Taylor Gang artists Ty Dolla $ign, Juicy J and Chevy Woods, his own son Sebastian and more. Majid Jordan Announce Album Release Date
So – I just found out that Majid Jordan isn’t one person. It’s two people. Mind. Blown. They’re right up there with Travis Porter and Pretty Ricky…stop confusing us! LOL! The OVO duo has now announced that their debut album will be out February 5, and it will be self-titled. The 12-track project will feature the previously-released “Something About You,” as well as “My Love,” which features their OVO boss, Drake. Above is the cover art. Will you be checking for this?
Album Cover: Rick Ross – Black Market
Rick Ross will be dropping his latest album, Black Market, on December 4. As he continues the rollout plan of dropping an onslaught of new singles and freestyles, he switches things up a bit and today serves up the project’s artwork. Releasing covers for both the standard (above) and deluxe version (in the gallery) of Black Market, Rozay also spoke to Billboard about the album’s concept:
“You know, this album is, I feel like, most definitely gonna be a Rozay on a higher, intellectual level, just discussing a different array of things.”
He notes that being accustomed to constantly being on the go and suddenly having to be stopped dead in his tracks while in jail for 3 weeks over the summer definitely put things in perspective, and had quite the inlfluence on the music he’s been making. This should be a good one!
Chris Brown Reveals Cover For Album “Royalty”
Chris Brown just recently announced Tuesday, October 13 that he’ll be releasing his album Royalty, November 27. Brown broke the news via Hot 97’s Nessa and Camilo, with Nessa breaking the news after gushing and complimenting Brown’s parenting.
