Online retailer Amazon is laughing all the way to the bank, as the retailer announced yesterday that their holiday 2012 was their best holiday ever. According to Amazon they were selling 306 items per second, on cyber monday customers ordered 26.5 million items on that day alone with the Kindle Fire HD tablet leading the way with sales. Amazon Sold What To Ben Dreyfuss ?????
Ben Dreyfuss informed the Twitterverse last night of his gift purchase from Amazon. He thought he was getting an awesome deal but things soon turned when his mother tried setting up the device. Netflix Blames Amazon For Christmas Eve Outage
Netflix is blaming for the outage they experience 2 days ago, Amazon’s service centers were down and the center didn’t see repairs until yesterday. More than likely getting the problem fixed to help people who were first time Netflix users. The outage for Netflix affected Canada, Latin America and the United States which also affected devices that enabled the use of the Netflix app. The outage affected 27 million users alone in the United States, hopefully this is Netflix last outage as they had one last which affected Foursquare. “We are investigating exactly what happened and how it could have been prevented,” Evers of Netflix said.
