Change could be coming very soon in New York. Reports have stated that after the Knicks home loss to the Blazers this week, owner James Dolan grabbed Carmelo and possibly one other player for a private meeting to discuss the future of coach Mike Woodson. Everyone can agree it has been a very disappointing season at MSG, but I am not sure firing Woodson solves that problem. Hit the jump for more.

The New York Knicks hosted the Miami Heat on Saturday night. The Knicks tried to remain in the game but the Heat kept pulling away. Though we didn’t get Lebron v. Carmelo for much of the night, this play did catch everyone’s attention.

While we don’t know what Carmelo Anthony will do when he becomes a free agent, one thing he made clear was that his only concern is winning a championship. Lebron agrees with the notion but thinks Anthony will have to leave the Knicks to do it.
