Billboard’s Top 10 Album Sales, Week Ending 11/10/13 … Congrats To Eminem On A #1 Debut!

As expected, the “Rap God” Eminem debuted at number one on the charts this week with The Marshall Mathers LP II, moving 792k copies in 7 days! Insane! This makes for the second biggest debut this year (behind JT’s The 20/20 Experience with 968k in March,) and the sixth biggest in the past 5 years. Congrats, Em! Eminem’s Childhood Home – On The Cover Of MMLP2 – Burned Down!

Isn’t that wild! Two days after the release of Eminem’s Marshall Mathers LP 2, the home that graced the cover burns down. The Detroit residence’s second floor was destroyed before fire fighters were able to stop the flames from spreading further. How the fire started is a mystery, but it was already in bad shape. During a recent auction, it was bypassed for $500. No one wanted to buy the home for $500! Cray. Hit the jump for more.
