New York state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman scored another victory in the seesaw battle between NY and fantasy sports sites DraftKings and FanDuel. Schniederman announced today that DraftKings and FanDuel will stop running paid contests in New York.
DraftKings And FanDuel Declared Illegal Gambling
The Attorney General order DraftKings and FanDuel to stop taking NY bets after a ruling in Nevada decided that DraftKings and FanDuel, and sites like them, will now identify as gambling sites.
