The popular show, “Glee,” is being slammed by the parents of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Newtown, CT. The show aired an episode about a school shooting in which the students had to run and hide for their lives. The parents are now saying that the show’s airing is too close to the shootings occurrence. FOX is also being slammed for not reaching out to the parents to give them a warning about the show. I think it’s terrible that the writers, producers, and the network didn’t even warn the parents about it. Thankfully the local superintendent of schools Janet Robinson emailed the parents about the show previous to it airing. Read more below.

I saw a photo of Big Sean and a girl named Naya Rivera (he’d @’d her) amongst his birthday party pictures a couple weeks back, but since I’m not a GLEEK, I had no idea who she was…or that she was anything more than just a friend. Turns out, she’s an actress (on Glee, clearly), and she’s Sean’s new beau! He’d been with his hometown girlfriend for some time, but apparently they’ve called it quits and Sean has moved on. Last night, Sean and Naya took the relationship public on the red carpet of the premiere for the new film, 42. They make such a cute couple! Check out the photos in the gallery.
Another Day, Another Celeb Entering Rehab!
“Glee” actor Cory Monteith has officially checked himself into rehab for substance addiction. This is the second go at getting clean for the 30-year-old actor, who previously had a stint in a rehab facility at the age of 19. In a statement from his rep, it was revealed this was totally voluntary, and that Cory “graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”
Singer-Songwriter Jonathan Coulton Claims ‘Glee’ Ripped Off His Cover Song !!!
In Thursday night’s episode of “Glee.” a sing-songy version of Sir Mix-A-Lot’s rap hit “Baby Got Back” was performed and Jonathan Coulton feels like they bit the whole idea from his cover of the song. Coulton might have a case though, the two covers of the hit rap single are so similar,that the “Glee” version included Coulton’s line “Johnny C’s in trouble,” replacing the lyric “Mix-A-Lot’s in trouble” in the original song. After being driven by his angry fans on twitter the night the ‘Glee’ episode was premiered Crouton wrote on his blog “even though they do not credit me, and have not even publicly acknowledged that it’s my version — so you know, it’s kind of SECRET exposure.”
Glee’s Mark Salling Accused Of Sexual Battery in Lawsuit !!!
In a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, a woman accuses the Glee star of sexual battery and assault, claiming he had unprotected sexual contact with her despite her demands that he wear a condom.”There is no truth to this,” Salling’s rep tells E! Alex Newell, started out as one of the finalists on “The Glee Project,” and that landed him a role on Glee as Unique (a female). Alex is obsessed with Beyonce, stating that she equals Jesus, and if he gets to do a Beyonce song on the show he would like that song to be “Countdown”.
