Jane Lynch is pulling the plug on her 3-year marriage to wife Dr. Lara Embry. The pair married in Massachusetts (where gay marriage is legal), but will dissolve it in CA, where they’re both residents. Though California has yet to legalize gay marriage, the State recognizes marriages from places where it is legal. L”Lara and I have decided to end our marriage,” Jane said in a statement. “This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another.” There is no pre-nup involved.

Fox announced today that the company will be renewing the show, Glee for two more season. “Glee debuted as the first and only successful musical comedy series on television, and more than four years later, it continues to defy genres, break new ground and have a significant impact on popular culture,” Fox entertainment chairman Kevin Reilly said in a statement announcing the news.
