It was a battle of the point guards Monday night as the Golden State Warriors hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder and Stephen Curry faced off with Russell Westbrook. It wasn’t long before Stephen Curry started reaching deep into his bag of tricks. Early in the first quarter, the Golden State guard dusted Oklahoma City counterpart Russell Westbrook with a crazy, between-the-legs dribble before hitting a layup high off the glass.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry doesn’t dunk very often but when he does, it’s electric. With a little more than four minutes remaining in the third quarter and Golden State leading 91-73, Curry took off in transition after a Toronto turnover. Kyle Lowry gave chase but Curry elevated from outside the protected circle, finishing a one-handed dunk before Lowry could contest the shot from behind. The forceful slam brought a celebratory yell from Curry as the Oracle Arena crowd jumped to its feet.

The Golden State Warriors are on a franchise record 8 straight road wins and 13-game win streak overall. They now have the NBA’s best record, sitting at the top of the standings at 18-2. After each win they’ve been posting videos of the entire team singing along to “I’m In Love With The Coco”, a very popular song right now. Some people have complained about the song since it refers to cocaine. As a result, the Warriors are banned from using it in any more videos moving forward. After the Warriors 102-86 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves Monday night, they found a way to get around the ban, since they can no longer sing their favorite song.
