When asked after the game if he and Durant are on speaking terms, Westbrook simply replied, “Nah.” Other people think he’s talking about Zaza Pachulia, who earlier in the game committed a hard foul, pushing Westbrook to the ground and then standing over him. When asked about Pachulia, Westbrook vowed to get revenge. So who do you think he’s talking about?

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors gave us a Christmas present yesterday with the game of the season and a possible NBA Finals preview. These two teams have battled each other in the last two championships, but they gave us a reminder of why we want the trilogy. In the Cavs 109-108 win, LeBron James clocked in a double-double of 31 points, and 13 rebounds, along with four assists, and Kyrie Irving hit the game-winner to finish with 25 points, 6 rebounds, and 10 assists, but Richard Jefferson had a memorable night as well with these two big dunks.

As Westbrook made his way off the court he yelled “thank you” to someone. The video began to spread on social media and many people believed Westbrook was shouting thank you to Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving, who hit a game-winning shot to defeat Westbrook’s former teammate Kevin Durant and his new team, the Golden State Warriors. Westbrook, however, denies that’s what he said.
