On Friday night the Lakers played the Celtics in Boston. Kobe Bryant who won’t return from his knee injury till February was just a spectator last night and it led him to reflect on better times when the Celtics weren’t rebuilding but the great team that took the Lakers to seven games in the 2010 NBA Finals.

Is International marketing in Kobe Bryant’s future? Probably not, especially since considering he already markets himself so well, but if nothing else he made the college kids days at Boston College. While on a road trip with the Lakers this week for a game against the Celtics Kobe stopped by a random class at Boston College and sat in. Of course nobody was able to focus and it turned into an autograph and picture session, but it was still cool of him to do that. I wonder if Kobe will ever go back to school himself.
