Drake Dropped his first single for his third studio album, the song “Started From The Bottom” a few days ago. With the dope back beat it comes as no surprise that somebody else would have put a verse on this song which I’m sure will become an anthem for anybody who feels like they started from the bottom and worked their way into proper position. Drake was trying to share his story once again, for anybody who may have gotten it confused, and Wiz must have thought it a good idea to get in on the action. Finally!! For a minute it seemed like Drake was m.i.a from the industry but it turned out he was busy working hard on his new album. Drake has given us his first track entitled “Started From The Bottom” where he fills us in on his struggles before fame. Not only did he give us a new song but he also penned a letter to his fans explaining the concept behind the song and the misconceptions of his past. Director X Reveals Some Details On Drake’s Upcoming “Started From The Bottom” Video
It’s been a minute since we’ve gotten some new music from Drizzy, but he’s been hard at work and soon, we’re going to get what we’ve been waiting for! We recently saw some shots of him on a video set, that was later revealed to be for his upcoming single, “Started From The Bottom.” Director X, who’s worked with Drake before on the video for “HYFR,” is behind the director’s chair on this one as well, and recently spoke to XXL about what to expect from the new visual. Two things here: one…Drizzy is working on new music! Two: he’s already preparing a video for one of the songs! Spotted out in his hometown of Toronto, the YMCMB rapper/singer was shooting the video to a track called “Started From The Bottom,” with Director X behind the camera.
