Tyga is doing quite well for himself these days! The YMCMB rapper had a huge hit on his hands with 2011’s “Rack City,” and has raked in tons of dough since then with touring and his Careless World album. Recently, his former landlord in Malibu claimed T-Raw was squatting in his $16k/month apartment (meaning, he’s staying there but stopped paying the rent), but his rep spoke out today to clear up the rumors and apparently, this couldn’t be further from the truth. He’d actually given the man the courtesy 30-day notice, and has since copped a $6.5 million mansion in the Kardashian’s California neighborhood of Calabasas that’s pretty bad ass! The crib has 7 bedrooms, 8 baths, a movie theater, pool spa, waterfall, tennis courts, a gym and so much more! Sheesh! Perhaps he plans on making more little ones after his girlfriend Blac Chyna gives birth to their current bun in the oven? Hmm!
