The coverage of an operation which was once nationally barred for Medicare patients is now in the hands of regional administrators after the national policy against paying for these operations was overturned on Friday by a federal board.

Bruce Jenner arrived back as reports surfaced about his “possible sex change.” Star Magazine said on Wednesday that the 64-year-old has reached out to his longtime friend transgender rights advocate Renee Richards. Bruce and the doctor both had professional sports career so, according to Star, the reality star has reached out for advice on whether he should go through gender reassignment surgery. According to Star a source said Richards is now acting as Bruce’s ‘sex change coach’. The doctor told the star the surgery was ‘a serious, life-altering procedure and is not something to do unless you absolutely have no other choice’. The reality star is however, considering making the transformation into a woman enough that the source says he has picked out a female name, Bridgitte. Big changes! Are you surprised?!

Well this is different. Transgender massage therapist Katella Dash dropped approximately $99,000 on plastic surgery to resemble a real life blow up sex-doll. The 38-year-old decided to make the gender switch at the age of 23, where she took a trip to Thailand to get the surgery. “I think I do have an obsession with plastic surgery, but being over the top and extreme feels normal to me. The look I am going for is a walking blow-up sex doll — it’s about as fake a person as you can be,” says Dash. Transgender Women Beaten To Death In Harlem
A 21-year-old Transgender woman named Islan Nettles was brutally attacked on Frederick Douglass Blvd between 147th Street and 148th Street in Harlem. According to the police, the “thug” was yelling anti-gay slurs during the beating that is currently being investigated as a hate crime. Nettles family made the heart-wrenching decision to take their daughter off of life-support after being treated at Harlem Hospital for almost a week. 20-year-old Paris Wilson has been charged with misdemeanor assault, but the police said there could be a possible upgrade in the chargers once the results of a medical report comes back.
