At only 12 years old , Jazz Jennings, was born a male and is living like a girl.  She will not transform as an adult, instead she became fully aware of the gender confusion early and is growing up like a female.  At that age her biggest concern has become how she will tell boys that she too has male parts, but looks and acts like a girl.  That is just one of the problems she is facing, imagine what other obstacles she will have that young.  Hit the jump for pics.
