The defense in the trial of Jennifer Hudson’s family murders is now alleging that it was not suspect William Balfour (her sister’s boyfriend), but that her brother was a big time drug dealer and it was likely someone “assisting in his illegal drug business.” Poor Jennifer. John Edwards Trial Set To Begin Monday!

John Edwards, the former presidential candidate, will go on trial for charges that extend back to the 2008 Presidential campaign.  He is being accused of receiving an illegal $900,000 in campaign money.  According to reports, this money was used to mask an extramarital love affair and a pregnancy.  His wife, Elizabeth, was suffering from breast cancer and Edwards knew that if he was exposed it would demolish his campaign. Former Rutgers Student Found Guilty Of Hate Crimes And More

The jury in the trial of former Rutgers student, Dharun Ravi, read their verdict this afternoon and found Ravi guilty of many chargers including hate crimes. Ravi was found guilty guilty of invasion of privacy and the hate crime of bias intimidation against his roommate, Tyler Clementi. Clementi committed suicide a few days after Ravi broadcasted a sexual encounter with Clementi and an older man on a web cam. Read more below. Julie1205
