A South African college is receiving a lot of backlash after trying to give out scholarships to females who can prove they are virgins. The mayor of the town is to blame for this program that has parents furious.

Peter Siebold was the lone survivor of the Virgin Galactic crash that took place on October 31. His co pilot Michael Alsbury wasn’t so fortunate. Siebold interviewed with the US National Transportation Saftey Board (NTSB) to help the ongoing investigation.
