Chris Brown’s Australian Tour Has Been Cancelled

Chris Brown was scheduled to put on his One Hell of A Night Tour in Australia and New Zealand later this month, however the tour has been cancelled. According to the tour promoter, shows scheduled in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane have been cancelled following the Australian government’s decision to deny Brown access to the country due to “character grounds.” Hit the jump for more.

Fans of Floyd Mayweather in Australia were disappointed to learn this week that his travel visa was denied by the country. According to them it was because of his past history displaying violence towards women and they did not want someone like that around their citizens. It sounds like a huge reach for the government because Floyd is not gonna be there attacking anyone and he was only going there to promote a fight, but they weren’t trying to hear it. Now comes word his list of demands for while he was there may have rubbed some people the wrong way and may have contributed to his visa being denied.

Visa’s Credit Revolution To Fight Fraud Set For 2013

In an effort to combat credit card fraud credit firm Visa in on the way to phasing out signature authorizations for purchases. In 2013, personal identification numbers (PIN) will be used instead.
