Justin Bieber has pledged to fight claims that he fathered a baby and agreed to take a DNA test to prove Mariah Yeater’s child is not his son, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

The Baby, Baby singer plans to take the paternity test when he gets back to the U.S. next week from Europe, where he performed at the MTV EMA in Belfast on Sunday.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, 20-year-old Yeater says she got pregnant with her son Tristyn after 30 seconds of unprotected sex with the Never Say Never star in a backstage bathroom at the Staples Center in Los Angeles following a concert in October of 2010.

RadarOnline.com has learned that Bieber also plans to sue his accuser over the allegations, which he has called “malicious” and “false.”

Yeater’s bombshell coincided with the release of the teen star’s Christmas album, Underneath The Mistletoe, and his camp doesn’t want the scandal to affect sales, a portion of which goes to his Believe Charity Campaign.

“We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations,” Bieber’s representative said last week.

A court hearing in the paternity case is scheduled for December 15.
