Tonight Lil B caught everyone’s attention when he released a new single titled “I Got Aids” off his mixtape BasedGod Velli. Still not sure if he is announcing that he in fact has the disease or if the song is only about AIDS awareness. Either way, the “person” Based God describes in the track talks about catching AIDS AND Herpes from not using a condom. In a message to fans, the rapper stresses the importance of getting tested and says that he will soon upload a video of himself getting tested. Great that he has put himself out there to deliver a message. We need more like this in the rap game. But just because you stand and hold a basket ball mean you can ball.
