Tax Payers are responsible for inauguration events like the swearing in ceremony and inaugural luncheon held at the Capitol Building, however President Obama is responsible for funding the rest of the events through fundraising or what have you. This has caused Team Obama to look for new ways to fund the events especially in the economic turmoil of today. The upcoming inaugural events should be quite the spectacle though on a smaller scale than that of four years ago when 1.8 Million Americans participated in events all around the nations Capitol. Obama official planners have confirmed that the President and the First Lady will only attend 3 official Inaugural Ball’s this time around though in 2009 they celebrated at 10 different Balls
