An off duty cop fatally shot a woman after suspecting her of shoplifting in Houston. Shelley Frey along with three accomplices ran out of the store after being confronted for stealing and ran outside to their car. When they attempted to flee the cop shot at the car and one of the bullets pierced her in neck. They also fled with two small children in the car . Unfortunately this woman was killed for something she thought would be painless and quick.

The woman dragged the cop with the car the. He shot her. She thought wrong.
I can’t help but to say… What is up with her lipstick?!
Yeah that little piece of context changes the way one thinks about this incident. Amazing the author left out that she drug the cop with her car, and instead insinuates he shot as they were simply driving off, not while bring dragged by a vehicle.
