Well it depends on what you wish for in the new year and what you want 2013 to bring to you. There are many New Years Eve traditions and rituals that we take part in, like looking our best and drinking, LOL! But women can also wear either red or yellow panties to “guarantee” a couple things in the new year. Red is supposed to guarantee passion and love in 2013! Yellow underwear is supposed to help bring money and happiness into your life. Hmmm which color are you going to wear???
