Congrats to Phil Jackson & his longtime girlfriend Jeanie Buss!  The Zen Master popped the question over the holidays and it only took 12 years (yes, 12 years) to do it!    Phil is used to getting rings, so you know he had to get a niiiiice one for Jeanie!  She posted a pic of the ring on Twitter, check it out after the jump….
