Scott Simon, 24, has been charged in the murder of 33-year-old Nicholas Walker, whose body was found inside of a crashed vehicle back on May 5. Simon was heard explaining his intentions to follow his victim home and then shoot him. Although he was heard explaining and orchestrating the murder police don’t believe he was the killer.
