This newest update allows users to REVINE posts much like you would do on Twitter with a tweet. They also now give the ability for users to protect their accounts by only allowing specified users to view their posts. In addition they added an “On the Rise” section that highlights Videos that are going viral. Vine is definitely making a comeback since Instagram’s latest video update !!!!
