Terry Smith Jr. was last seen on the night of July 6th before he went missing. His remains were found in his backyard, and now his half-brother is being charged with the murder of 11-year-old Terry Smith Jr.
Terry Smith Jr. was found in a shallow grave in the backyard of his house in Menifee, California. He was on news stations across the nation when he went missing, and there was over a 1,000 man search party to look for him. He was found in a grave 75 feet from his house, and a woman’s visions led investigators to the boy’s body.
A Riverside County sheriff’s spokeswoman told reporters that a woman named Pam Ragland called in with a tip. She was watching TV reports on the search for the missing boy, and she had a vision of Terry, “laying on his side with his eyes closed.”
Pam Ragland said this about her vision, “I’ve heard all the comments and people will say I’m crazy. At this point, all I can do is hope that this has brought the family closure and kept people from searching needlessly.”
Terry Smith Jr.’s half-brother, who is 16-years-old, is being charged with the murder of Terry. His name will not be released because he is a juvenile.
