Miley Cyrus wasn’t the first and she won’t be the last of child starts that’s gone off the deep end. Amanda Bynes was all over the news – wanting Drake to murder her vagina, calling everyone under the sun “ugly,” throwing things from her apartment window, setting fires, DUIs – you name it, Bynes’ has done it.
After being send to a mental hospital back in July, her health has been the topic of discussion, and that has spilled over into her DUI case. Hit the jump for the details.

According to Bynes’ attorney, Rich Hutton, the “THAT’S ME” actress is mentally incapable of standing trial for her DUI charge or any other charge for that matter. Hutton filed papers with the LAX Airport courthouse, and most likely, a judge will make that decision on Sept. 27. Is she really not all there mentally?! She must be!
