50 Cent doesn’t seem to be holding a lot of grudges these days. Even though he’s shaded people like “Empire” actress Taraj P. Henson and rapper Joe Budden, 50 has been getting over old beefs and leaving them in the past where they should be. Now, not long after becoming civil with Floyd Mayweather, the Street King Immortal rapper has cleared up another beef from his past. Given the circumstances of the beef, whatever issues these two had should have been cleared up years ago. Find out which beef 50 squashed after the jump!

50 Cent and Houston rapper Z-Ro have finally ended their feud. Yesterday, both rappers were in attendance for the weigh-in for the upcoming Saul “Canelo” Alvarez vs. James Kirkland boxing match. After a peaceful exchange, Z-Ro took to Instagram to post a photo of them both.

50 and Z-Ro’s beef started about ten years when 50 was still the poster child of Shady Records and Z-Ro was cool with Ja Rule, Irv Gotti and his Murder, I.N.C. crew. In a song off Scarface’s Balls And My Word featuring Bun B called “Snitch N*ggas,” Z-Ro dissed 50 and called him out for being a snitch. Apparently, the Houston rapper snapped at 50 after the Queens lyricist made some slick comments about Irv Gotti’s label and supposedly said that Rap-A-Lot Records was started with drug money.

“These snitch fellas on ’How Ya Livin’ ’/ Dry snitchin’ on BET, but got a restraining order out against Murder I-N-C,” rapped Z-Ro.

The song also starts out with the infamous coin drop sound that’s featured on 50’s debut Get Rich Or Die Tryin’. But the cherry on the top of the cake was Z-Ro rapping the line “Run and tell somebody it’s your worst day,” which matched 50’s cadence while he says “it’s your birthday” on “In Da Club.”

It’s good to see that they were both able to keep their beef in the past. Maybe The Game and Young Thug inspired them to bury the hatchet. Check out the photo from their reunion in the gallery!
