It is nothing new that Tyler, The Creator constantly finds himself in the center of controversy. This time, he somehow got himself banned out of the entire UK!
Fans were upset that the Odd Future head honcho had to unfortunately cancel a bunch of upcoming shows. Tyler addressed the cancellation and tweeted out, “BASED ON LYRICS FROM 2009 I AM NOT ALLOWED IN THE UK FOR 3-5 YEARS ( although i was there 8 weeks ago). THAT IS WHY THE SHOWS WERE CANCELLED.”
Tyler’s manager Christian Clancy got into detail via his blog called The Phuckery, explaining that the lyrics in his songs “Bastard” (2010) and “Goblin” (2011) were being used against him and are the reason the UK government refuses to let him return.

Clancy gets into detail about the incident and wrote:
“The letter specifically cites lyrics he wrote 6-7 years ago for his albums bastard and goblin – the type of lyrics he hasn’t written since… highlights from the letter include that his work ‘encourages violence and intolerance of homosexuality’ and ‘fosters hatred with views that seek to provoke others to terrorist acts..'”
Tyler has already been officially banned from Australia after he upset a group of feminists so from the way it’s looking, he won’t be allowed anywhere pretty soon!
