One of the biggest international crimes and drug busts in US history was just recorded, as our Coast Guard and the Royal Canadian Navy busted an amount of cocaine so big it was worth $2 billion in the streets.

More than 26 tons of cocaine worth $715 million, was seized Thursday in Florida, following several recent seizures by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Royal Canadian Navy in the eastern Pacific. At a press conference, the Coast Guard officials say the drugs were being brought to Fort Lauderdale from 27 separate vessel interdictions and five bale recovery operations off Central and South America over the past three months.

Few details were available, but some of what we do know is that the labels for the coke were simply “white sugar” or pork”, which spanned the entire flight deck of the 418-foot Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton:
