Update: Police Have Identified Christina Grimmie’s Killer And He Could Have Been A Deranged Fan
Police in Orlando, FL have answered one of many major questions in the death of Christina Grimmie , the 22-year-old singer who was a contestant on NBC’s “The Voice.” The man who shot and killed Grimmie has been identified as James Loibl, 27, of St.Petersburg, Florida according to police. It is still unknown what motivated Loibl to attack the singer. Read more after the jump.
Former Singer On The Voice Christina Grimmie Killed In Orlando
Christina Grimmie who had appeared on season 6 of the Voice back in 2014 had just finished performing at a concert in Orlando,Florida when she was shot by a man while signing autographs for fans. Christina’s brother who was also at the concert was able to stop the gunman preventing him for harming anyone else. After being stopped from Christina’s brother the gunman fatally shot himself.
