Recently, the tragic collapse of Philly’s Salvation Army Store has sent two men to jail and set the standard for building regulations. The tragedy occurred in June. It was noted that the operators of the machinery were heavily intoxicated by either drugs or alcohol, and the contractors had even received numerous e-mails regarding the condition of the building’s structure prior to the date of destruction. But, what has finally been made public is the dash cam footage from a SEPTA bus recording the actual collapse. Check it out below.

Gawker, the NYC gossip site, has apparently gotten a hold of a Kanye rant where he exploded about Taylor Swift, Pink and racism. The audio was taken shortly after the 2009 VMAs at a musician’s table at a NYC restaurant. While the gossip site is not 100% on it being Kanye since it is audio, the writer has written and listened to Kanye many times and thinks it’s him and after listening to the audio, I definitely think it’s him. Trayvon Martin is everywhere, and there are so many more of him when there shouldn’t be. Darius Simmons, a 13 year-old kid, was doing his chores last year when 76 year-old neighbor John Spooner decided to take the situation into his own hands. He accused Darius of stealing a gun from his house, which he hadn’t, and then proceeded to punish him on his own. Spooner is awaiting trial, and based on this video alone, he needs to be locked up for a long time. This video is extremely graphic. If it would remotely bother you, don’t watch it. Hopefully this video will bring about a discussion on change in our gun control and Stand Your Ground laws. Find the video after the jump.

Quick catch up, during the beginning of this week, news was released about, Dinalynn Andrews Potter a woman who attacked R&B Hall of Famer, Lester Chambers for dedicating a song to Trayvon Martin. I’m sure that by now you’ve heard of the many protests going on around the country is response to George Zimmerman’s acquittal, but this one is outrageous. Helicopter footage showed footage of recent protesters going from peaceful to hostile; reminiscent of Rodney King Riots. One news station caught an attack while on-air.
