Obama and his administration have issued a veto on the ban for the iPhone 4 and 3G-capable iPad 2 models in the US. This allegation came from when Samsung claimed that these products in particular were infringed upon and wanted to ultimately put ITC bans on them. If this went through it would have blocked a few Apple products but mainly the iPhone 4. The administration states that despite Obamas ruling Samsung will be able to pursue its rights through court. Lo is currently closing out a one-year deal with the show, worth a whopping $15 million plus bonuses! The official announcement is expecting to come along in the next couple of weeks, and will include two other judges…one being a returning Keith Urban, the other unknown as of now. Hopefully this season fares a lot better than the last!
Terrence Howard Accused Of Beating His Ex-Wife…Again!
Exes are exes for a reason! Terrence Howard and Michelle Ghent got divorced back in May, but it looks like they were still hanging around each other afterward…and it didn’t end well. The former couple and some of Terrence’s family took a trip to Costa Rica last week, where Michelle claims he ended up beating her. The thing is, this isn’t her first claim of him doing so! Terrence says Michelle maced him, his adult daughter and another family member, but sources close to the actor say he made up the mace story to cover his brutality. However, other sources say Michelle is lying about the actor physically abusing her. Michelle is currently in court, attempting to get a restraining order. What a MESS!

For the domestic violence case against him, 50 Cent showed up to court. The judge read out a protective order against him, and he’s not allowed ANY guns, and is ordered to stay at least 100ft. away Daphne Joy – the BM. He’s scheduled another court appearance, and on his way out of the court room, Fif was served a summons for a child custody case in relation to the current case. Damn doe…It’s NOT your day!
