You’d think that the Queen of Media, Oprah, would be recognized wherever she goes, but there’s a first time for everything. While Oprah was in Switzerland to attend Tina Turner’s wedding, she did some retail therapy at an upscale boutique and asked to check out a $38,000 crocodile Tom Ford bag. The saleswoman kept telling her that she couldn’t afford the bag, but Oprah handled it like a lady. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight she talks about how racism affects her as a super successful black female and what she thought of the Zurich incident. It has been a roller-coaster of emotions this week for Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, after their five-year-old son almost lost his life in a swimming pool accident on Monday. The freak accident sparked a nasty custody battle between the two after Usher’s ex begin claiming that he is an unfit father and that her kids are in danger under his supervision. After the judge dismissed Tameka Raymond’s request for primary custody of their two sons, the singer rewarded his children’s mother with what seems to be a pity hug. Better than them beefin’, right?
