(Photos+Video) Tsu Surf Holds Private Listening Session At Born Fly In New York City For ‘Newark’ Tape

On Tuesday night (September 29th), New Jersey native Tsu Surf held a private listening concert for his long-anticipated album entitled NEWARK in New York City.

The event, which was sponsored by Born Fly and Effen Vodka, was filled with die-hard fans, prestige media personalities from various outlets and a bunch of different rappers/artists such as Manolo Rose, Hell Rell, Emanny, Chad B, Cascio and Luccie Fontane, to just name a few.

With music provided by DJ Shy and hosting by Pretty Lou and Hynaken, it was an extremely enjoyable industry networking event with good vibes all around (plus free LQ and food so who can go wrong with that?)

Surf put on an intimate concert for the crowd, performing the tracks off of his NEWARK project that has fans going crazy with anticipation for its release. Although there is no set release date yet for the project, it should be out within the next few weeks on iTunes.

(Video) Kenan Thompson Reveals The Strange Sex Advice Bill Cosby Once Shared With Him


While doing a round of promotion for the upcoming season premiere of Saturday Night Live, funny guy Kenan Thompson stopped by Late Night With Seth Myers. While on the show, Kenan revealed some pretty strange sex advice Bill Cosby shared with him back in 2004 while working on the film Fat Albert.

Thompson admits he’s still extremely proud of the work he did in the film, despite the controversy surrounding Bill Cosby.He said, I’m still very proud of that movie because we worked hard on it and had a good time, and it makes people feel good when they watch it, besides whatever’s happening with that dude. But there were, like, little indicators of things that happened, that you go ‘Hmm. That was a little different.'”

Kenan then shared with the audience a conversation that he once had with Cosby where he shared some advice right before the Fat Albert premier. Hit the jump to find out what he said.
