The fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha has been apart of the Virginia Tech campus since 1973 making it the oldest black Greek fraternity at the school.Unfortunately, the historically known fraternity’s presence wont be seen for another decade due to reports of hazing behavior.

Vh1s Sorority Sisters Controversy has been this weeks hot topics all over social media. The show is so notorious many of its advertisers have pulled out.Black twitter recently poured out many complaints they were outraged by the way Vh1s new show Sorority Sisters have portrayed black women again; 40,000-Black Greek petition to cancel the production of a reality show out of legitimate fears the show will mock, defame and scandalize Black Greeks’ proud tradition and esteemed history. Has Vh1 gone to far this time? I’m afraid so. and as a result many advertisers like Crayola, Carmex, Honda and more are pulling their ads from the program
