Xiao Feng’s stomach had become so distended that he was having trouble breathing, and that’s when his parents took him to the hospital and after x-rays and MRI scans, the shocking discovery was made and the toddler was rushed into surgery. The parasitic twin would have developed into a boy and had grown so large that almost 2/3rds of his affected twin’s stomach was taken up. The fetus measured 20 cm in width and had a fully formed spine and limbs, including fingers and toes. Thankfully, Xiao survived the surgery. Bananas!
