Now this has to be a joke. A man in Florida was arrested recently for stealing a TV, OK that’s not the issue. Now I heard of different jokes convicts have made when they’re arrested but this is too far! While being arraigned by a judge, he told the judge his name is ” Ima Theif”. It’s been almost a week since 18-year-old Michael Brown was shot and killed by a local Ferguson, Mo police officer. The incident has caused plenty of outrage – involving tear gar and rubber bullets – all across the globe and it hasn’t stopped yet. The #DontShoot campaign on twitter had everyone from the hacking group, Anonymous to young teens protesting and wondering why the officer who shot Brown remained a mystery. In his recent interview with DJ Whoo Kid, Wiz Khalifa made it very clear that he does things with today’s youth in mind. Whether it be crafting music for our future leaders or standing with them in protest. Now, obviously, given his stature, it’d be almost impossible for Wiz — who is set to release his fifth studio album, Blacc Hollywood, on Aug. 19th — to physically march in Ferguson, Missouri during his tour stop in St. Louis. Instead, while performing, Khalifa opted to wear a white tee with “Don’t Shoot” on the front, and “#RIPMIKEBROWN” on the back, paying homage to the late teen slain by Ferguson police.
