Kevin Love has a player option next season; he can opt-out and become a free agent, giving other teams an opportunity to lure him over. There’s been a lot of reports about Love not fitting in with the Cavaliers and possibly bolting after this season. He was finding his stride with the team during their round 1 series against the Boston Celtics. As you know that all came to a halt when Kelly Olynyk did what Love called a “bush league” play, injuring Kevin’s shoulder. This could greatly affect Love’s free agency decision and cost the Celtics more than they thought.

Everyone knows that Nick Young is a jokester and it’s his vibrant personality that has kept the Lakers in the headlines despite having the worst year in the franchise’s history. While Young’s jokes are great, we can’t say the same about his shooting. Luckily for us, he has a joke about that too.

The only player Lakers coach Byron Scott has consistently talked positively about is Kobe Bryant. As for the rest of the team? Scott has been merciless, publicly criticizing them, calling them “soft” and telling them they need to “man up”. Nick Young is often the player in Scott’s crosshairs recently saying that Young is a “home run- or a strikeout-type guy on the offensive end” and needs to “grow as a basketball player”. Young says he’s used to Scott’s criticism and he takes it with a grain of salt but I wonder how the rest of the team will feel about Scott’s latest comments.

Comedy Central held a roast of Justin Bieber and among the roasters were Hannibal Burress, Chris D’Elia, Natasha Leggero, Jeff Ross, Snoop Dogg, Shaquille O’Neal, Martha Stewart (yes Martha Stewart) and Kevin Hart as the host. While the cast told obvious and hilarious jokes about Bieber they also joked on each other. Shaq took it a step further and joked on Chris Paul, his team the Clippers and Shaq’s old team the Lakers.
