I have only heard amazing things about the movie “42.”  I can’t believe I haven’t had a chance to see it yet.  Well now there’s some controversy surrounding the movie.  The daughter of pitcher Fritz Ostermueller is mad and she’s speaking out.

One of my most disliked kinds of people are racists, but I don’t know if this makes the cut. While attending the video shoot for “Ratchet Turn Up Molly,” K. Foxx overhears a white guy suggested that HOT 97’s DJ Wallah looks a lot like 2 Chainz. Racist?! I really don’t think so. This guy just happens to think that the DJ’s features remind him of a famous rapper. Nothing wrong with that. It’s like someone saying I look like my mother. OKAY, so! Besides, I agree with Ebro, DJ Wallah looks like Future any way. Drop down bottom and give your input.

Jamie Foxx has been known to be one of the handful of black entertainers to make a stand for a cause, so it’s no surprise that with the gun law issues circulating that he’d have something to say. Foxx, along with other cast members of, “Django Unchained” won a couple of awards during the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, and his statement was made via a piece of clothing that he wore. The t-shirt that has some people talking said, ‘KNOW JUSTICE, KNOW PEACE’ with a picture of Trayvon Martin centered, and the victims of Sandy Hook Elementary surrounding in representation of the acts of gun violence. (Video) Sports: Analyst Doug Gottlieb Apologizes For Saying He’s Giving the “White Man’s Perspective”

When it comes to sports there’s obvious racial stereotypes we have like black men are better basketball players and better dunkers (because “white man can’t jump’) or that white men are automatically great shooters.  Whether we outright acknowledge them or not we know they’re there.  The problem is, you can’t acknowledge them live on-air as a sports analyst and CBS analyst Doug Gottlieb is the latest to learn that lesson.  Read more after the jump.
