On Friday, police arrested 24-year-old David Adam Pate and charged him with murder after the decomposed body of missing Ricky James turned up. James was last spotted entering the woods with Pate and has been officially declared missing since October 17th. A group of young children were in the woods searching for a missing dog when they stumbled upon the lifeless body of James, who was hidden under a pile of brush. Lancaster police released a statement saying they “suspected Pate almost immediately but had to wait on lab results to prove it.”

In 1944, a teenager was sentenced to death in the South for a crime he did not commit. It sounds like the plot out of a movie, but this story is very much real life. 14 year old George Stinney was sentenced to death in South Carolina and became the youngest person in the history of the state to be put to death. You know alot of college players are hating on the attention South Carolina’s Jadeveon Clowney has been getting all off season long. Ever since his monster hit against Michigan last year, Clowney has been the talk of college football with the exception of Johnny Manziel. Maybe that hate however is becoming dangerous. Last night late in the game against UNC, Clowney was chasing the quarterback down. The ball had already been thrown and Clowney stopped running as the play was over. Suddenly a 300 pound offensive lineman from UNC rolls right into the back of Clowney’s knee. Nobody pushed the lineman, he wasn’t out of control, he clearly did it on purpose and I hope some type of punishment is coming his way. Clowney walked with a slight limp the rest of the night, but it could of been much worse. Hit the jump.

DMX really can’t stay out of trouble. The outspoken rapper was arrested in South Carolina last night, this time after cops found weed in his car while pulling him over for an illegal U-turn (he was not the driver.) He also out an outstanding warrant stemming from a previous driving without a license case. The entire arrest was caught on camera, and in the tape, X can be heard claiming the whole thing was a set-up and total BS. He was eventually taken to jail and is scheduled to face a judge sometime this morning. He is expected to be sentenced to 15 days behind bars, but he could be out in 10. Update Below
