In under 3 minutes, Molly Schuyler was able to finish a 4.5 pound steak. It went down in Sayler’s Old Country Kitchen in Portland, Ore. The restaurant holds a steak-eating challenge that has had over 2,000 attempts to complete it. According to sources, the owner, Bryan Sayler believed that Schuyler would indeed finish the meal, but never in her record-breaking time. Check out the video after the jump.
