The chants of “Brooklynnnnn” in the Barclays Center just got a whole lot louder for next season. Late last night the Celtics and Brooklyn Nets stole the show on draft night as the two teams announced a blockbuster trade. Kevin Garnett & Paul Pierce are headed to Brooklyn to play for new head coach Jason Kidd. This deal was rumored to be building steam earlier in the week and suddenly things escalated quickly. Along with KG & Pierce, the Nets also get Jason Terry while the Celtics received 3 1st round draft picks over the next few years along with Gerald Wallace, Kris Humphries, and a few other role players. That means you will officially see Kanye & Kim Kardashian courtside for Nets games more often now that Humphries is gone, lol. Read more and watch the video after the jump.
